Move-out Notice for 8-Week Summer Residents

1. Move-out Period

July 30 (Thu.) – August 16 (Sun.), 2026, by 11:00 a.m.

2. Required Move-out Procedures

Please complete all of the following procedures by 11:00 a.m. on Sunday, August 16.

① Remove Your Belongings and Clean Your Room
Remove all personal belongings from your room, hallways, emergency stairs, and other common areas.

Any items remaining after the move-out deadline will be considered abandoned and disposed of.

② Submit a Move-out Application
INU Portal → Institutions → Dormitory → Dormitory Move-out Application

Complete the application form and click “Apply” in the upper-right corner.

※ Reason for move-out: Regular Move-out
※ Failure to submit the application: 3 penalty points

③ Return Your Dormitory Card
Please return your dormitory card to the card return box at the Information Desk before leaving.

※ Failure to return the card by the deadline: 3 penalty points

3. Luggage Storage

• Period: July 30 (Thu.) – August 14 (Fri.)
• Hours: Weekdays, 09:00–17:00
• Reception
  · Dormitory 1: Integrated Administration Office
  · Dormitories 2 and 3: Information Desk
• Eligibility: Students scheduled to reside in the dormitory during the Fall 2026 semester
• Storage limit: One box per person
• Storage deadline: September 6

※ Luggage storage is not available on August 15 or 16.
※ Items not collected by the storage deadline will be disposed of.

4. Additional Information

Dormitory staff will inspect all rooms after the regular move-out period.

Residents may be required to pay the actual repair costs for any damage or malfunction found during the inspection.
