Introduction
The Department of Creative Talent Development recognizes the importance of human resources as the core agents of value creation and innovation in the 21st-century information and communication and knowledge-based society, and explores theories and practical methodologies to cultivate talent equipped with creativity and leadership. In other words, it is a convergence department that aims to train HRD (Human Resource Development) experts responsible for human resource and organizational development in companies and organizations by integrating disciplines from various fields such as education, psychology, and business administration, and by teaching and learning through case studies from corporate and educational settings.
The Department of Creative Talent Development offers a diverse curriculum including Human Resource Development and Management, Organizational Behavior, Leadership, Career Development, Lifelong Education, Educational Technology, Creativity, Psychological Counseling, and Data Science. Furthermore, by providing various on-campus activities related to human resource development as well as opportunities for internships and practical experience in corporate settings, the department supports students in growing into competent HRD professionals equipped with both theoretical knowledge and practical skills.
