Introduction
Business administration is an academic discipline that studies the theoretical knowledge and methods necessary for companies or non-profit organizations to achieve their founding objectives. Recently, as companies have grown in size and globalized, internal management has become increasingly complex, leading to a growing demand from businesses for business administration majors.
The School of Business Administration aims to foster future business leaders needed by companies in the era of globalization, and educates students to understand the seven sub-fields of business administration—marketing, human resources and organization, finance, accounting, production and operations management, management information systems (MIS), and international business—during their studies and apply them to actual business decision-making.
We have completed a large-scale curriculum overhaul to reflect the rapid changes in the business environment triggered by the Fourth Industrial Revolution, and students are now able to complete an advanced track by selecting one of seven detailed fields according to their areas of interest.
The Dept. of Business Administration boasts an excellent employment rate, with graduates active as business professionals in various fields of society.
