Japanese Language Education
The Japanese Language Education at Incheon National University aims to be a research-focused institution leading innovation in future education, fostering communicative Japanese language education experts who connect people and society across language and culture. We operate various curricular and extracurricular programs (such as overseas teaching practice) to enhance practical skills and boast a high teacher certification pass rate. After graduation, students are active in diverse fields, including secondary school teaching, civil service, and employment both domestically and internationally.

Introduction
The Department of Japanese Language Education aims to foster Japanese language teachers equipped with a global perspective, professional knowledge, and teaching ability to respond to a rapidly changing future society through the systematic exploration of the theory and practice of Japanese language education, as well as Japanese language, literature, and culture; teachers capable of Japanese language and integrated education; and experts in Japanese regional studies.
We are focusing on cultivating outstanding talent capable of actively responding to future society by enabling individuals to maximize their potential through intensive group study, individual guidance, and exchanges with foreign countries, all within a small class size of 15 students.
