- How is registration processed for students in the School of Northeast Asian International Trade?
- Students whose academic performance in the previous semester did not meet the Northeast Asia Scholarship requirements must pay tuition during the registration period each semester. These students are referred to as self-funded students. Registration for all other students is processed upon receiving a registration request from the College of Northeast Asian Commerce for full-scholarship recipients and international students.
- When is registration processed for full-scholarship recipients?
- Registration for full-scholarship recipients is processed collectively during the registration period each semester. No separate payment procedure through a bank is required.
- How can I view my individual tuition details?
- Log in to the University portal, then go to Integrated Information System → Academic Administration → Registration → Tuition Bills and Certificates to view your tuition details.
- How do I pay my tuition?
- Each student is assigned an individual virtual account at Shinhan Bank. Tuition must be paid into the virtual account assigned to the student.
- How can I confirm my registration after paying tuition?
- Log in to the Academic Information section of the University website and check Registration Management. Payment confirmation is available on the day following tuition payment.
- When is the tuition payment period?
- The tuition payment period is generally scheduled for late February for the first semester and late August for the second semester. Detailed information is posted on the University website during each registration period.
- Is a tuition bill issued?
- Tuition bills are not mailed separately. To print a tuition bill, go to Portal → Integrated Information System → Academic Administration → Registration → Tuition Bills and Certificates → Tuition Bill.
- How can I obtain a tuition payment certificate?
- Go to Portal → Integrated Information System → Academic Administration → Registration → Tuition Bills and Certificates → Tuition Payment Certificate.
- How can I obtain detailed information about student loans for full or installment tuition payments?

- How do returning students complete registration?
- After completing the return-from-leave application during the designated period, access the Academic Information System through the University portal on the following day and enter your student information, including your student ID number. Your tuition amount and virtual account number will then be displayed.
Print or record the information and pay the tuition accordingly.

Credit-Based Registration
- Who is subject to credit-based registration?
- Credit-based registration applies to students who have completed the standard eight-semester period of study but were deemed ineligible for graduation following the graduation assessment and must remain enrolled.
- How is tuition calculated for students under credit-based registration?
- Under Article 4, Paragraph 7 of the Regulations on School Tuition and Admission Fees issued by the Ministry of Education and Human Resources Development and Article 12, Paragraph 2 of the Enforcement Rules of the Incheon National University Regulations, tuition is calculated as follows:
- 1–3 credits: One-sixth of the tuition for the applicable semester
- 4–6 credits: One-third of the tuition for the applicable semester
- 7–9 credits: One-half of the tuition for the applicable semester
- 10 credits or more: Full tuition for the applicable semester
Tuition Refunds
- Under what circumstances is tuition refunded?
- Pursuant to Article 6 of the Regulations on University Tuition issued by the Ministry of Education and Article 89 of the Incheon National University Regulations, tuition or admission fees already paid will be refunded when any of the following circumstances applies. These circumstances are hereinafter referred to as “grounds for refund.”
- When a student is legally prohibited from entering the University, including readmission or transfer admission, or from continuing their studies
- When an admitted applicant expresses the intention to decline admission
- When a currently enrolled student expresses the intention to withdraw from the University
- When a student is unable to enter the University or continue their studies due to illness, death, a natural disaster, or another unavoidable circumstance
- What are the tuition refund criteria and refund amounts for students who withdraw or decline admission?
- Tuition refunds are calculated according to the following criteria:
- Before 30 days have elapsed from the first day of the semester → Five-sixths of the tuition paid
- From the 30th day after the first day of the semester until before 60 days have elapsed → Two-thirds of the tuition paid
- From the 60th day after the first day of the semester until before 90 days have elapsed → One-half of the tuition paid
- After 90 days have elapsed from the first day of the semester → No refund
- How is the reference date determined for tuition refunds when a student withdraws?
- There are two applicable cases.
- When a student withdraws after taking a leave of absence, the date the leave of absence began is used as the reference date for the refund.
When a student withdraws without first taking a leave of absence, the date of withdrawal is used as the reference date.
