With the objective of simultaneously pursuing academism and journalism, the English Newspaper published its first tabloid issue, Incheon University Campus Life, in 1988 to foster proper journalistic values and encourage interest in foreign languages among students. To provide university members with more diverse and in-depth information, the format was later updated from tabloid to magazine, and it currently publishes a quarterly English magazine under the title The NEWSLINE.

Established in 1979 as a mass media outlet promoting sound university media culture and constructive leisure activities for students, the Educational Broadcasting System aims to embody the ideals of a national university through wholesome broadcasting. The station delivers beneficial information on campus notices and university life, while also focusing on nurturing competent broadcasting personnel through training programs in specialized broadcasting knowledge and technology. Furthermore, it launched internet broadcasting in 2001, making information easily accessible both on and off campus.

The Incheon National University Press aims to contribute to the advancement of university research and publishing culture through the publication of academic and general education books, as well as common liberal arts textbooks. Publishing an average of three titles annually since 2015—spanning academic monographs, general education books, and general liberal arts textbooks—it contributes to the university's research capabilities and academic development. It also engages in the distribution and sales of its publications and organizes academic seminars.
